This warranty applies to Infinita Glue-Down Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring that is fully adhered to a correctly prepared subfloor using professional methods and appropriate adhesives.

When installed and maintained correctly, Infinita flooring is warranted against manufacturing defects for:

• 25 Years – Residential Use
• 15 Years – Commercial Use

This warranty is valid only where installation, site conditions, and maintenance meet the standards set out below.

Warranty Terms

1. Infinita is responsible for manufacturing defects only.
2. Installation must comply with BS8203:2017 and Infinita installation guidance.
3. The installer is responsible for checking site conditions, subfloor suitability, moisture levels, tools, and environment.
4. Planks with visible defects must not be installed. Once installed, they are deemed accepted.
5. Up to 5% board tolerance per pack is permitted under industry manufacturing standards.
6. Board dimensional tolerance is ±0.5–1mm and must be checked before fitting.
7. Visual changes caused by sunlight, temperature variation, ageing, or poor maintenance are not defects.

Installation & Subfloor Requirements

• Subfloor must be smooth to SR1 tolerance
• Subfloor must be dry, solid, level, and free from cracks, dust, grease, or contaminants
• Flooring must acclimatise at 18–27°C for 48 hours before installation
• Correct professional LVT adhesive must be used
• Installation must be indoors in a climate-controlled environment
• Underfloor heating must not exceed 27°C
• Temperature must be maintained for 48 hours after installation

Installation over unsuitable substrates such as chipboard, particle board, uneven concrete, or damp floors voids this warranty.

Mandatory Warranty Registration

Warranty registration is mandatory within 7 days of installation.

Failure to register voids warranty eligibility.

Exclusions From Warranty

• Scratches, dents, scuffs, gouges, cuts, burns
• Damage from furniture, pets, grit, stones, or high heels
• Stains, spills, flooding, water damage, plumbing leaks
• Fading or discolouration from sunlight or excessive heat
• Bond failure caused by moisture, damp, or hydrostatic pressure
• Incorrect adhesives or poor installation practice
• Installation over improper or unstable subfloors
• Gloss reduction, residue build-up, or poor maintenance
• Shade or batch variation (must be checked before installation)
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or clearance outlets

Making a Claim

If a defect falls within this warranty:

1. Report in writing to support@infinita.london within 14 days of discovering the issue
2. Include proof of purchase, batch details, photographs, and installation date

Infinita may appoint an independent inspector where required.

If approved, Infinita will replace the faulty product with the same or an equivalent product. This warranty does not include labour costs, additional materials, or consequential loss.

Additional Conditions

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
• Colour matching is only guaranteed between boards of the same batch number
• All packs must be checked for batch consistency before installation
• Boards should be installed in the same direction where applicable
