At Infinita.London, we aim to deliver your flooring products safely, promptly, and with minimal hassle. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland UK. If you're located in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands, or outside the UK, please contact us before ordering for a custom shipping quote.

2. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Palletised or courier-based service

You will see all shipping charges clearly listed before final payment.

Note: Oversized or large pallet orders may incur additional handling fees. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times are typically:

  • Next Day delivery available: all orders must be placed by 12pm.
  • 2–5 working days for stocked items

  • 7–10 working days for custom, made-to-order, or special delivery items

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Please note:

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm

  • We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless pre-arranged in writing

  • Weather, transport issues, and third-party courier delays may affect timelines

4. Delivery Access

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible for large vehicles or pallets.

  • Ground-floor delivery only (kerbside or driveway)

  • Drivers are not permitted to carry goods inside your property

  • If access is restricted (e.g. narrow lanes, low bridges), please notify us before dispatch

Missed or failed deliveries due to access issues may incur re-delivery charges.

5. Accepting Delivery

When your order arrives:

  • Please inspect all items before signing

  • Report any visible damage, shortages, or wrong items within 24 hours

  • If possible, take photos of the delivery on arrival

Once goods are signed for in good condition, responsibility passes to you. We cannot accept claims for damage made after this point.

6. Click & Collect 

If we offer collection from our warehouse or trade partner, instructions will be sent after checkout. Collection is by appointment only and may require ID or order confirmation.

7. Delays or Issues

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or haulier backlogs

  • Adverse weather or traffic

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by you

We will keep you informed and assist in rebooking delivery where possible.
